About Coach

Brandon is a part-time coach at ELEVATE Strength & Performance. He is a graduate of The University of Rhode Island Kinesiology & Massachusetts College of Pharmacy Nursing programs. Brandon earned the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS) designation with The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is certified through StrongFirst Level 1 Kettlebell (SFG I) and Level 1 certified through Functional Movement Systems. Brandon was a Volunteer Intern at The University of Rhode Island Varsity Weight Room in 2008 where he assisted with the training sessions of their Division 1 athletes for multiple programs. Brandon also interned at South County Orthopedics Sports Performance in 2009 and he spent time as a Personal Trainer at Commonwealth Sports Club in Boston from 2009 to 2010. He is a Registered Nurse, is CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross, and works locally full-time for Fallon Health in Worcester. He believes nothing is lost in gaining strength and enjoys listening to country music during Thursday morning’s Bars & Bells class!
