Everyone has the potential to do extraordinary things in their life when they feel confident, strong and capable.
We guide our members toward living an extraordinary life through the skill of strength. Strength, to us, includes how well, how much and how often we can perform our best physically and mentally having that carryover positively in our personal lives and there activities we enjoy most. We take this path seriously because we want every member to feel empowered and use their strength for a meaningful purpose.
Our mission is to teach each member how to be courageous by doing hard things in life, using strength as our platform.
We strive to make each member's experience the most meaningful part of their day and believe that what you accomplish at our gym leads to a more useful and rewarding life.
Our members to feel supported and encouraged from the moment they walk into the gym. They feel safe and know they’re being guided in a structured program that meets them where they’re at while also challenging them to their greatest potential.
ELEVATE Strength & Performance is passionate about giving back to our community as well as supporting causes that are near and dear to our and our members' hearts.
Every month ELEVATE recognizes one member who exemplifies our Core Values, is consistent in their participation, gives their best effort, and displays a great attitude and energy with our "Golden Kettlebell Award."
Each recipient has their photo taken with the golden kettlebell and chooses a non-profit organization or charity to which ELEVATE makes a donation on their behalf.
Over the years, ELEVATE has made donations to:
The V Foundation, Worcester County Food Bank, On-site Academy, Looking Upwards, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Why Me?, Planned Parenthood, Worcester Animal Rescue League, World Central Kitchen Fundraiser, Lymphoma Research Foundation, Mental Health America, Greater Worcester Land Trust, Fight Colorectal Cancer, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Joe Andruzzi Foundation, The Lilabean Foundation, The Waterwheel Foundation, Living in Freedom Together, Girls On The Run!, Grafton Food Bank, Abby's House, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's Cycle For Survival, The Pan-Mass Challenge, Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk, and more.
When a person can’t do the things they enjoy the most because their mind and body don’t allow it, they’re missing out on experiences and their greatest potential.
When a person has strength, confidence, and courage to do hard things in life, they will be more useful and create more meaningful experiences.
Coaches and members are both present to put in hard work. Coaches come in prepared to deliver an experience that is the highlight of each person’s day. Members come in prepared to make progress and adjust their intensity based on our four pillars of nutrition, activity, recovery, and stress management.
We actively coach for your best effort at each training session, create energy and action in the gym that reinforces why you come to us, and celebrate when you achieve your goals.
